Our mission is to foster a culture of unity and excellence, cultivating our athletes’ potential by bringing together the state’s most gifted wrestlers for national-level competition. We aim to strengthen the foundations of our wrestling clubs and youth programs, creating an environment where every athlete’s dedication is met with the opportunity to flourish—both on and off the mat.
Our vision is to establish North Carolina as a national powerhouse in competitive wrestling by expanding opportunities for youth, increasing participation for both boys and girls, and providing unwavering support and resources to our athletes.
